By creating a KhutsoGRC account you agree to these terms.

The service

KhutsoGRC is a self-assessment tool. Scores and reports are based only on your answers. They are not an audit, a certification, or legal, regulatory or professional advice, and they don't guarantee compliance with any law or standard. ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO/IEC 42001 are standards published by ISO and IEC; KhutsoGRC isn't affiliated with them or with any certification body.

Your account

Keep your login details safe. You're responsible for activity on your account and for the accuracy of your answers.

Trials, plans and payment

• New accounts get a 14-day Pro trial with no card required. When it ends, the account moves to the Free plan unless you upgrade.
• Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe, and renew automatically until cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time from the billing portal. Access continues until the end of the paid period. We don't refund partial periods unless the law requires it.
• We'll give at least 30 days' notice by email before changing the price of an existing subscription.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service, try to get around plan limits, access other people's data, or resell reports as your own certification.

Your content

You own your answers and reports. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, KhutsoGRC is provided “as is”, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We aren't liable for losses from decisions made using a self-assessment.

Ending the agreement

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
